Sean Mavor

Sean Mavor 
Managing Director

Introducing Sean, Framework MD and lead on our Business Advisory service. 

Sean’s role is all-encompassing, and his focus is on the big picture stuff for Framework. He’s where big ideas originate and come to fruition, and he plays a crucial role in the business.

He also handles day-to-day management, client relationships, and advising businesses from a financial and business perspective. To do this, he uses a holistic approach alongside an in-depth knowledge of systems design to establish a clear path forward.

Sean’s experience is vast, and his interests range from systems that work to business in general. Oh, and skiing.

Gordon Mavor 
Director, Accountancy

Introducing Gordon Mavor, the brains of Framework’s Accountancy service and one of the most interesting accountants you’ll ever meet.

A chartered management accountant and CIMA Member in Practice, Gordon is extremely experienced. In fact, he has over 30 years’ worth of knowledge to shout about, with expertise across all kinds of industries.

Able to handle any and all things accountancy, Gordon has enjoyed an illustrious career, starting out as a professional football player, before excelling in an eclectic mix of management accountancy roles.

Audrey Mavor

Audrey Mavor 
Director, Finance Department

What is there to say about the mastermind behind our Finance Department service? Too much for this section, that’s for sure, but let’s give it a go.

From onboarding to book-keeping, invoicing, and daily financial task management, Audrey provides peace of mind to the businesses on our books. 

Her role isn’t simple, but she makes it look it, and the burden of day-to-day financial admin is taken away from our clients and placed into Audrey’s capable hands.

Sibojini (Sibo) Sinnathamby
Payroll Manager

Say hello to Sibo, Korean TV buff, and Payroll Manager at Framework.

A woman with an eclectic CV, Sibo has performed payroll duties worldwide, from the UK to Australia, New Zealand, and Canada, and for hundreds of companies.

She even had a stint at the Royal Ballet School in Covent Garden, although she provided pension and benefits administration rather than gracing the stage.

Sibo has been with us since September 2024 and on top of her unique experience, she has completed a Masters in Finance and Accounting at the University of Wolverhampton.

Conall Bryce 
Graduate Trainee Accountant

Conall joined Framework as a trainee accountant in 2021, after studying Chemical Engineering at Aberdeen University.

A keen sailor and former president of the Aberdeen Sailing Club, Conall spent his time at university preparing budgets, running events at a profit, and negotiating grants and fundraising for equipment. To reward his ingenuity and hard work, he was awarded the Scottish Student Sport Volunteer of the Semester Award in 2021. Shortly after this, he joined Framework.

In his professional career, Conall works hard to help clients navigate the choppy waters of accountancy successfully. With a bright future aboard H.M.S. Framework ahead, he continues to grow into his role and is an asset to the organisation.

Jodie Bloomfield 
Trainee Accountant

Say hello to Jodie, our Trainee Accountant, who brings 15 years of customer service expertise and a whole heap of skills to the team.

We're lucky to have Jodie on board, who has unique experience in escalation management, people management, business process improvement, and working with high-profile clients.

At Framework, Jodie supports day-to-day processes by preparing draft financial statements, liaising with clients, and providing regular financial reports, among various other tasks.

She’s also got a dog called Rocco, so hiring her was a bit of a no-brainer.

Jemma Brown
Client Operations Manager

Boasting a superb reputation as a Finance Director, our Client Operations Manager Jemma has worked in finance departments since she left school.

At Framework, she loves nothing more than building and nurturing customer relationships, and communication is probably her strongest suit.

It’s either that or staff management, debt-chasing, financial systems, financial knowledge in general, compliance, dog-walking, or wild swimming. We can’t decide which, but you get the picture.
