Sibojini (Sibo) Sinnathamby

Sibojini Sinnathamby (Sibo for short) has a unique range of qualifications including a degree in Network Technology from Kuala Lumpur Metropolitan University and a degree in Computer Science and Software Engineering from the University of Bedfordshire.

As if that wasn’t enough, she also has a Masters in Finance and Accounting from the University of Wolverhampton.

Outside of academia, Sibo has managed payroll duties for hundreds of companies while working with an accountancy practice in London, before joining an Australian-based ecommerce and retail business for which she administered Australia, New Zealand and Canada payrolls. She’s also had a spell at the Royal Ballet School in Covent Garden, where she provided pension and benefits administration.

Now she administers and processes compliant, accurate, end-to-end payroll for Framework’s clients. She also provides general payroll advice for our clients, ensures all deadlines are met, and supports onboarding by training new clients on payroll systems and data collection.

A strategic thinker who delivers payroll perfection, Sibo is all about innovation, process improvement, and significantly reducing payroll errors. She’s a strong leader, too, with impressive bookkeeping team leadership experience.

When she’s not overseeing and directing payroll procedures, Sibo can be found cooking for her family, bingeing Korean shows on Netflix, or listening to music, regardless of the language.
