Jodie Bloomfield

Jodie joined Framework in October 2024 as a Trainee Accountant. She has over 15 years in customer service under her belt, most recently as a Senior Adviser.

Brilliantly creative and keenly analytical, Jodie’s seen it all and got the t-shirt in the world of customer relations. As well as being the first port of call for high-profile clients in her previous role, she’s excelled in escalation management, taking ownership of tasks with high financial and reputational risk, and developing and maintaining key business relationships.

Fancying a change of career scenery, Jodie turned her hand to accountancy. She tackled her AAT (Association of Accounting Technicians) Level 3 Diploma in Accounting in her free time, a marker of her hard-working, dedicated attitude.

Now, Jodie spends her time preparing and implementing financial systems, and managing expenditure, credit, payroll, and cash flow for Framework. You might also find her preparing budgets, overseeing bookkeeping, or producing regular financial reports.

Jodie is a rare kind of people person, so she regularly liaises with clients, and her proactive, friendly approach makes our clients’ lives, and therefore our lives, easier.

She’s working towards completing her CIMA qualification, and we’re excited to support Jodie’s development as she expands her learning, and hopefully, brings Rocco the dog into the office more often.
