Constance Mbabid

Constance is our Accounts Assistant, and the steady hand keeping clients’ financial information organised, accurate, and moving in the right direction. She’s one of the people who makes sure the numbers behave, the reports make sense, and the details never slip through the cracks.

Her work covers everything from draft financial statements to management accounts, bookkeeping, and reconciliations. She’s also a dab hand when it comes to tax compliance, payroll, cashflow, and regular reporting. Put simply, if it’s financial and it needs to be right first time, Constance is your woman. And her approach is structured, proactive, and detail-driven, and she helps businesses make better decisions thanks to impeccable accuracy.

But how did she get here?

Before joining Framework, Constance built a global career spanning multiple practices and industries. In the UK, she supported clients in real estate, healthcare, and construction, handling annual accounts, VAT, management accounts, and corporation tax for sole traders, SMEs, and mid-size companies. She later moved to Dubai, where she strengthened financial operations in construction, FMCG, and industrial manufacturing.

Her commitment runs deep, and as a result, she’s ACCA-qualified, holds an MBA in Financial Management, and has a postgraduate qualification in accounting research from the University of Dundee. She also won a national PhD research competition, as if all that wasn’t already impressive enough.

Away from the spreadsheets, Constance loves cooking, climbing hills, and getting lost in Charles Dickens novels. She was born and raised in Cameroon before moving to the UK in 2011, then lived in Dubai before returning to the UK. And it’s this global perspective that she brings to her work every day.
